About this artwork
In this work, I have captured the tension between order and chaos by using old book pages as a base and overlaying them with vibrant acrylic paints to create dynamic, abstract circles. Printed text and painterly gestures overlap to form a multi-layered surface where knowledge, memory, and intuition converge.
A moment of stillness arises during the reading process: a glass is placed on a page of the book, leaving an imprint. These circles and traces… run through the work and represent thoughts, associations, and inner connections that form during the reading experience.
The work invites the viewer to pause and give space to their own thoughts.
