About this artwork
This work is a social critique of the overexploitation of the earth. We extract food, energy, water, and all kinds of products without much respect or control. We allow it to weaken, depopulate, dry up, and become gravely wounded. We want it green, as García Lorca's verse says: "Green, I love you green."
This work is born from a vibrant energy and a search for harmony between organic forms and warm colors. I used oil, pastel, and graphite to create… a texture that invites the eye to lose itself in a soft, dynamic movement. I wanted it to convey life and connection, bringing an atmosphere of calm and vitality to your home, like a whisper inviting introspection.
