About this artwork
In this painting I created an abstract composition in different shades of green. Using repeating, wavy lines that form concentric circles and patterns, I wanted to depict dynamic, organic movement. The colors vary between bright light green and earthy, darker tones to capture the diversity and depth of nature.
In the upper right area of the picture I have indicated the head of a horse. By using darker areas and curved lines I have tried to subtly… incorporate the elegance and strength of this animal into the abstract design. For me the horse's head symbolizes freedom, harmony and the close connection to nature that runs through the entire work. It is a game between abstraction and recognizability that invites the viewer to take a closer look.
The picture is complemented by a high-quality wooden frame (70x72x4), which further enhances its effect.
