About this artwork
This is an image of a bunny gaining its freedom. I love bunnies. Always have. When I was a child, I would talk to the bunnies in my yard and make friends with them. I would talk to the birds and other animals as well. I still kind of do that. I love animals and feel we are not so different from them. Feeling connected to the natural world is good for the soul. As an adult I have had a few pet bunnies and spoil them as much as I can. It's…
hard to see them pass but it's at that moment they have real freedom. This painting is about freedom wherever you find it.
