About this artwork

Most planets play by the rules. They orbit a star. They're predictable. Steady. But some planets are free thinkers. Astronomers found a particularly wild one forging its own path out in our Milky Way galaxy.
Rogue planets – also known as free floating planets – are pretty intriguing. They are not orbiting a star but instead are wandering through the galaxy, having been either forcibly ejected from a solar system or having formed very early on in… the Universe.
This is an original abstract painting.
Due to the large size of this canvas, it will be shipped rolled in a tube.
Size: 50" x 59" with 2.5" inches around the canvas for mounting ( 55" x 64" ).
Sides of the canvas are painted.
A protective coat of satin varnish is applied.
