About this artwork
During my trip through Sardinia, in the picturesque town of Castelsardo, on the way to the sea, we saw this cat every day.
She stared intently at the window where a woman was throwing down her food.
The cat, or tomcat, had a serious look, ignored us, had white fur and eyes of different colors: turquoise like the sea and golden like the sun.
I wanted to share the atmosphere of peace, sun and sea with you.
The work is framed in a wooden frame measuring… 25.7x25.7 cm.
