About this artwork
In this work, I captured the powerful energy of nature using oil pastels. The combination of expressive style and realistic landscape depicts the moment between stillness and movement. It allows the viewer to feel the fresh air and the vastness conveyed by the trees and the sky. I wanted to evoke a sense of freedom and the vibrant presence of nature.
The picture was painted with high-quality oil pastels. It has a passe-partout with an opening of… approximately 15 x 20 cm. The frame is painted white and measures 24 cm high, 33 cm wide, and 1.5 cm deep. I removed the glass from the frame to better showcase the colors and texture of the paint. A sturdy hardboard panel with a hanger is attached to the back of the frame.
