About this artwork
In this piece, I poured my energy into blending fluid motion with futuristic tension, using acrylic, oil pastel, and spray to create dynamic layers. The interplay of soft blues and warm yellows evokes a sense of hopeful momentum and introspection. This painting radiates a vibrant energy that will inspire creativity and calm, transforming any space into a sanctuary of bold emotion and forward-thinking spirit.
From my abstract-series. Although there… are several ideas behind the work, I leave the viewer the freedom to look at the work from their own perspective and create their own content for it.

Tiina Herttua is a Finnish visual artist and painter (BFA) who works primarily in oil, acrylic, and natural pigments, with an extensive background and formal art studies in fine arts and art theory. Her expressive, often abstract works combine bold colors with suggestive reductions, occasionally referencing representational elements and landscapes. She experiments with a range of techniques—often en plein air—imbuing each piece with the luminous beauty of natural light and a profound, joyful reflection on humanity’s relationship with nature, inspiring deep contemplation and emotional resonance in the viewer. Herttua lives and works in Southern Finland and Sicily, Italy.
