Lucha Libre is a form of freestyle wrestling, also known as wrestling, that originated in Mexico in the 1930s. One of the most famous luchadores was El Santo – the Saint. Dressed only in boots, underwear, and a stocking mask, he taught his opponents to fear him. Today, he is considered one of Mexico's folk heroes.
The figure's outline is cut from 5 mm thick acrylic glass and glued to a frosted white base. The foil print on the back gives the figure… a corresponding depth effect, protects the motif from damage, and guarantees long-lasting color brilliance.
