About this artwork
My No One! Sheep.
This work is part of an ongoing series of grazing animals: sheep, goats and rams.
New works are constantly being created. Originals on canvas and stretcher, as well as reproduced on Alu-Dibond, matt or brushed silver.
I am fascinated by the clear gaze of the animals, genuine and direct, without suspicion or prejudice. They look at me and think their own part. But we have a connection. And that comes from looking at each other.… Always good company for me.
« It's better to create something that others criticize than to create nothing and criticize others. -Rick Gervais »
