About this artwork
I couldn't leave the first picture, "Across the Universe," unfinished. So, "Across the Universe II" was created shortly afterward. This time, a vibrant red field within a black cocoon, encircled and interwoven with delicate lines. As with "Across the Universe I," I tried to reduce the essence of form and color to its bare essentials. The edges of the artwork are painted, and it's ready to hang.
