About this artwork
This work was painted live on May 27, 2023, in the Plaza de Toros in the French town of Vic-Fecensac.
It represents one of the emblematic bulls of the prestigious Dolores Aguirre Ganadería, which fought in this same square the day that Toro Tribal painted the painting for the bullfighting fans of Vic.
The work is made using expressive brushstrokes in acrylic, which transmit power and caste, characteristics of this Livestock.
The author chooses… a colored background from the bullfighters' cape, increasing the chromatic richness of the work and giving it a symbolic character.

Toro Tribal is an experienced artist based in Spain whose paintings have been widely exhibited nationally. Creating in a diverse style that oscilates between figuration, hyperrealism, and abstraction, he cites the bull and everything that surrounds it as being "the fruit" of his inspiration.
