About this artwork
BARNacle Goods is inspired by reclaimed barn wood salvaged from a generations old family farm located in Central Missouri and my love for our family home on the beaches of North Carolina. THE IDEA: Rustic Midwest meets the East Coast Shore. Sea Turtles, Ghost Crabs, Bass and Pelicans make up the collection. Each is painted on hand selected planks as wide as 18”, combined in a variety of lengths and widths, and are also available for custom orders.… No two pieces are alike, and planks are combined to highlight old mill saw blade marks, original paint and stains, knots, rusty nail holes, and distinct weathering left by time and mother nature. Each unique piece has its own personality and charm, sure to bring comfort and conversation to any home.
