About this artwork
I see my work as an expression of the forces churning in my unconscious mind. This piece was born from a profound personal experience...
I was picking poppies—vivid, blazing red petals marked with black spots. As I gathered them, the petals would often drift away, scattering like sparks and making the meadow shimmer with fleeting color. Touching their green, slender stems and holding them in the palm of my hand was a moment that made me realize:… this is what makes life worth living—this direct touch with a vibrant, colorful world.
When I returned home, I transformed that feeling, that warmth, and that radiance onto the canvas. This painting is the emotional imprint of that meadow and those poppies.

Poetry and painting have been inseparable parts of me since childhood. For years, I created "in the shadows," driven by a deep personal vision. Despite the challenges of emigration, art remained my constant companion. I am proud that my work has now gained international recognition and appreciation. To me, painting is a transformation of energy—a dialogue where poetry becomes color. This rebirth, shared with my children, has turned past shadows into a future of light.
