Tulio Capcha, a Peruvian painter and printmaker, received a solid education in graphic design and analog illustration in Lima before discovering his true artistic freedom in Spain. His technique is based on colored backgrounds over which he applies thick, impasto strokes, emphasizing graphic elements and depth within a profoundly surreal style. Capcha explores dreams, phobias, and intense emotions, transforming thoughts into images full of movement and rhythm; his works seek to find beauty and connect intimately with the emotions and cultural identity of the viewer.
