About this artwork
In this work, I used acrylic to capture the flowing dynamics of the water, while the abstract form of the woman demonstrates a quiet connection with nature. The vibrant colors and bold brushstrokes convey a blend of calm and passion. It invites the viewer to feel the depth of emotion and the magic of the moment—perfect for bringing energy and inspiration into your home.
Udo von Gelden, painter, photographer, draftsman, and digital artist, was formed as a self-taught artist in Saalfeld/Saale. His proficient use of oil and acrylic techniques characterizes his figurative compositions, which drift from objective definition to near-abstraction. Through his work, he skillfully reflects simultaneity, with aesthetic simplicity and clear lines that are redefined through aspects such as color, light, and contour.
