About this artwork
In my work I use oil and collage elements to create a futuristic, semi-abstract world that symbolically questions our relationship with nature. I want to evoke a sense of reflection and awareness of our surroundings in the viewer. This energy and message will bring a dynamic and thought-provoking accent to any room.

Ulrike Schmitt is an experienced artist based in Germany whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, in Austria, France, and Poland. Through her diverse works, she explores themes relating to love and preservation of our habitats, the longing for freedom and inner peace, as well as the perception of the essential.
