About this artwork
Part of my Mystic Series, this painting reimagines the ecstasy of Teresa of Avila with a modern voice. Her joy bursts into colour—gold, red, and flame—while a dove symbolizes divine presence. Through this work, I honour the mystic’s timeless pursuit of transcendence while weaving in my own artistic journey of freedom, faith, and creative renewal.
