About this artwork
In this work, I sought to convey a feeling rather than an image: that of an inner plunge. Each brushstroke expresses a fluid movement, like immersion in a waking dream. I work through layering, erasing, and spontaneous marks, revealing areas of tension and calm. The light, diffused and sometimes fragmented, unveils unexpected depths, as if the painting were breathing. Immersion is an invitation to slow down, to allow oneself to be carried by sensations.…
It is a suspended moment, between turbulence and calm, where each person can project their own emotion.
