About this artwork
In this lively composition, I've infused the cubist and figurative forms with soulful energy of movement and rhythm, akin to a passionate dance. My use of oil and wax creates a textured depth, enhancing the dynamic interplay of shapes and colors, evoking the essence of musical fervor and the connection between the dancers. This piece is meant to enliven any space, inviting the viewer into a world of vibrancy and motion.
I think I can speak for most… artists in saying that music is an integral part of painting. I must have music on to paint and create since there is an underlying rhythmic structure to a paintings composition, it’s very important. And a lot of my paintings are dancers and of course they need music to dance to.
Can be shipped in a tube at the buyers request.
Otherwise it ships as pictured, in a box.

Valerie Vescovi is an award-winning American painter who has taken part in several exhibitions throughout Florida. She has developed her own neo-cubist style and her abstraction, which features musicians and dancers, could be referred to as ‘rhythmic cubism’. Vescovi’s works paint a diverse and complete story by the means of high contrast and the bold use of line. She creates using both oils and acrylics on canvas.
