About this artwork
The triptych Rift 5 explores the moment of tension and fracture as a metaphor for inner transformation. Sharp geometric planes, built in strict minimalism, collide with the irregular structure of a textured surface. In these cracks, as in zones of vulnerability, amethyst crystals emerge — a symbol of resilience and strength born under pressure.
The painting is made with acrylic, texture paste, and natural gemstones (amethyst) on canvas. This triptych… consists of three individual paintings, each measuring 20 × 20 cm. Canvas depth: 4 cm. The edges are painted to match the front surface for a clean, finished look. Each piece is protected with a satin varnish. All three artworks will be shipped together in one sturdy cardboard box. It will be shipped ready to hang, securely packed in a cardboard box.
