About this artwork
This diptych from the Inner Horizons series continues the exploration of the inner landscape where memory, emotion, and perception merge into a contemplative space. Both works develop the shared theme of the horizon as a symbol of inner balance and emotional depth, united through a restrained natural palette, soft tonal transitions, and expressive layered texture.
Horizontal rhythms and muted shades of grey, olive, and earthy tones evoke a vast space… between land and sky, between memory and the present moment. Each panel exists as an individual emotional state, while together they form a cohesive atmospheric abstraction filled with stillness, light, and slow inner movement.
The work combines contemporary abstract painting, atmospheric abstraction, emotional landscape, and meditative art, inviting reflection and personal interpretation. Within the Inner Horizons series, the horizon becomes a metaphor for inner grounding and a quiet dialogue with oneself.
