The fast rhythm of life has become an main part of our reality. We are constantly moving: work, sports, studies, social networks, meetings. It seems that time is rushing by, and we can't keep it like 24/7, it is no longer enough for us, everyone wants 30/8. However, there are moments when it is important to stop and slow down.
Sometimes we forget that the true quality of life is not measured only by the number of goals achieved.… You need to find time for rest, for inner growth, meditation and relaxation. The fast rhythm often leads to burnout, stress and loss of emotional balance.
