I was inspired to create this artwork after visiting a gallery owner from Boston. She was particularly taken with pieces created using a pigment that shifts the color from purple to gold. Unfortunately, this pigment is no longer commercially available. I then found a small remnant in a pitiful, half-dried-out state at Studio P7. Before the artwork is sent to… Boston for an exhibition, I am temporarily displaying it here on Singulart.
