In this work, I wanted to blend human dynamism with the rich textures of the past, using found objects and oil pastels to create a figure suspended in time. Walter Gualtiero Passarella is a multidisciplinary artist based in Italy whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in France, Austria, and Hungary. One of his main themes is the portrayal of humanity in all of its infinite facets. Passarella creates using mixed media, often including photographs that he elaborates upon digitally. He paints using acrylics and oil pastels on canvas.
