About this artwork
I've been following Galgos del Sol on Instagram for a long time. They do incredible work rescuing Galgos, Podencos, and other dogs that are tortured, abused, and cruelly killed by hunters in Spain. I've even adopted a dog from Galgos del Sol myself. When the dogs there take a bath with a hood on, it means they've been adopted and have the chance for a better life and a loving, caring family.
