About this artwork

There are a lot of things that I love about the city life, like a morning run to the coffee shop, going to restaurant and get a table on the sidewalk, chill out at a wine bar, enjoying street performers, sitting on a wrought-iron bench while enjoying a beautiful park, etc. As I am more of an urban walker, I always love arriving in a new city, walking down the streets with no destination, and ended up dining in a restaurant that caught my eyes

Indonesian painter Yenny Yohan has exhibited work in Bali and the United Kingdom. Yohan draws inspiration from music, her own experiences, and human emotions. Often drawn to more abstract work, Yohan explores texture through her use of marble powder and layered acrylics. With titles such as Liberté, Fiesta, Caffeine, and Friends With Benefits, Yohan's abstract pieces are monochromatic and structured.
