About this artwork
This artwork was inspired by the picturesque landscape of the California coastal mountains, from Sierra Nevada to Mojave Desert, and also the cool Mediterranean climate which often creates summer fog near the coast. I love the fog, or mist, whatever you call it, it’s like stepping into an illusion. So, one fine misty morning in the bay area will definitely make your day, especially for coffee and wine lovers out there ♥️

Indonesian painter Yenny Yohan has exhibited work in Bali and the United Kingdom. Yohan draws inspiration from music, her own experiences, and human emotions. Often drawn to more abstract work, Yohan explores texture through her use of marble powder and layered acrylics.
