About this artwork
Using very few colors, black, white, silver and a little green, the idea was to make a very stripped and yet expressive canvas. The silver and the white are reminiscent of the melting ice floe and the little touch of green at the blossoming of spring in desert regions. A canvas full of optimism while waiting for the first rays of the sun.

Yves Thomas is an experienced artist from Canada whose paintings have been featured in solo exhibitions nationally.
