About this artwork
On a surface of raw burlap canvas, the painting begins with texture itself. The coarse natural fibers remain visible beneath the layers of oil paint, giving the work a strong tactile presence and an earthy sense of materiality.
Across the deep black background, geometric forms appear like fragments of motion suspended in space. Triangles are traced with genuine gold leaf, whose warm glow contrasts with the dark field and catches the light in subtle,… shifting reflections.
The composition balances quiet gravity with movement — shapes drifting, intersecting and dissolving within a restrained palette of black, muted greens and natural tones.
In this work I explore the tension between darkness and light, weight and levitation, allowing geometry and texture to coexist in a calm but dynamic visual rhythm.

Art, for me, is a place where color becomes emotion and emotion becomes connection.
I work mainly with oil and watercolor, exploring how light, rhythm, and texture can turn feelings into form. My visual world moves between landscapes, cityscapes, water lilies, human figures, and abstract compositions, revealing both stillness and energy.
Each canvas is crafted by hand — I assemble the stretcher from wooden bars, select the fabric, stretch it carefully, and build the ground layer. This physical process is essential to my work: it allows me to sense the material fully, so that every painting carries its own rhythm and vitality.
Beyond process, I see painting as an evolving dialogue — between what I know and what I continue to discover.
My works have been exhibited in Ukraine and across Europe, and collected by art lovers in nearly thirty countries. Through each piece, I aim to create a quiet resonance — a space where viewers can pause, feel, and connect.
