About this artwork
"Where Traces Lead" is a meditation on memory, presence, and quiet growth. A solitary tree rises against a softly shifting background, its crown dissolving into green haze and violet shadows. I painted it as a place where time slows down, where something or someone has just passed — leaving only stillness behind.
The composition plays between reality and abstraction. The tree is grounded, yet the earth beneath it drips like ink; the sky is warm but… uncertain. This piece invites the viewer not to look at a landscape but to enter it — to stand within a forgotten moment.

Art, for me, is a place where color becomes emotion and emotion becomes connection.
I work mainly with oil and watercolor, exploring how light, rhythm, and texture can turn feelings into form. My visual world moves between landscapes, cityscapes, water lilies, human figures, and abstract compositions, revealing both stillness and energy.
Each canvas is crafted by hand — I assemble the stretcher from wooden bars, select the fabric, stretch it carefully, and build the ground layer. This physical process is essential to my work: it allows me to sense the material fully, so that every painting carries its own rhythm and vitality.
Beyond process, I see painting as an evolving dialogue — between what I know and what I continue to discover.
My works have been exhibited in Ukraine and across Europe, and collected by art lovers in nearly thirty countries. Through each piece, I aim to create a quiet resonance — a space where viewers can pause, feel, and connect.
