About this artwork
My whale-themed artistic 'notes.' It was a beautiful deep journey. A journey home.
The story of this painting began as soon as I returned from Polynesia after my swimming with the whales, and I actually didn’t want to finish it at all. While creating it I could immerse myself in their energy. What can I say about an experience for which there are no words in our language? What can I say about meeting beings whose size is enormous, not just physically,… an encounter that is stored in my soul forever as part of something that began a long time ago? Thank goodness, Art speaks the language of our souls and soul of the world. 🐳
