En tant qu'artiste, j'explore la dualité de l'être humain : ce qui est montré et ce qui est ressenti. Dans cette série COLORS, j'utilise la force de la couleur pure pour masquer et, paradoxalement, révéler l'émotion véritable. Chaque pièce est un dialogue intime entre le réalisme de la chair et l'abstraction de l'âme.
J'ai voulu capturer l'instant où l'esprit se retire. J'ai peint ce portrait de profil avec une grande douceur, mais j'ai ensuite… appliqué ce vert émeraude profond pour créer une zone de non-dit. Cet aplat de couleur sur l'œil à demi fermé, le nez et les lèvres symbolise le calme absolu – ou peut-être une absence momentanée de communication. La fleur blanche dans ses cheveux ancre cette figure dans une beauté classique, contrastant avec la modernité du masque chromatique. Pour moi, c'est l'œuvre de l'introspection.
