About this artwork
In this piece, I wanted to capture an explosion of intense emotions, using red to represent passion and life force, while black and white balance it with mystery and contrast. The acrylic technique allowed me to create a dynamic movement, as if energy were flowing freely. I imagine how this piece will fill your space with that vibrant force that invites you to feel and reflect far beyond what is visible.

VAZ (Adolfo Vázquez Burgos) is a contemporary Spanish visual artist whose work encompasses gestural abstraction, abstract expressionism, and action painting. His artistic practice explores the relationship between energy, color, and movement, transforming physical action and emotion into intensely visual experiences.
Through intuitive processes and spontaneous gestures, she creates dynamic compositions where color, texture, and rhythm take center stage. Her work revolves around three essential concepts: energy, as the imprint of action; color, as a universal emotional language; and chaos, understood as the origin of new forms and meanings.
From his studio in Toledo, he develops his own artistic language that seeks to convey strength, freedom and authenticity, inviting the viewer to a direct connection with the work through emotion and visual experience.
