About this artwork
In this work, I have captured the strength and determination of a samurai using intense red and black acrylic paints. The bold brushstrokes reflect inner energy and an unwavering spirit. This painting brings dynamic power and a captivating presence to any room, inviting the viewer to feel the warrior's courage and passion.
I was born in Berlin-Pankow on October 25, 1971, and grew up in Berlin-Friedrichshain. I attended the Heinrich Zille Elementary School. Afterwards, I completed an apprenticeship as a bricklayer and later as a tile setter. My interest in art began in school during art classes, where some of my works (watercolors and linocuts) were even shown at the children's and youth art exhibition. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to study art formally. I consider myself a self-taught artist who enjoys experimenting with new craft techniques. My main focus is on mosaics, which I create on wooden surfaces. My second interest is acrylic painting.
