About this artwork
The point here is to try to get rid of as much as possible of all convention, formalism, and straitjacket, to let our wild personality resurface. It's the call of the wild. Obviously, we can still see that it's a creation in the spirit of the times, that the gestures are directed towards a certain coherence, but as little as possible. It's not intended to be decorative, it's raw art!

A multi-disciplinary artist, Anne is curious by nature. She explores various artistic techniques ranging from working with rakes, ink, window scrapers, paint dripping and mounting relief paintings in the form of sculptures, to plaster and cement.
She works on canvas or paper, combining Posca with acrylic paint, which she applies in transparent washes, allowing the lines of the felt pen to show through.
She has exhibited at the Salon d'Automne at the Grand Palais in Paris, in various contemporary art fairs but also in Spain, in the Netherlands and at the Tsukuba Museum of Art in Tokyo.
