About this artwork
"Blanc Kolyma" is a plastic projection of the emotions received during the reading of "Récits de la Kolyma" by Varlam Chalamov, prisoner of the gulag. Composed in white and ocher, a few touches of blue and ash, this painting also uses the technique of absorbent paper soaked in water already used in the series of "Prophecies".
« My artistic reflection rests on the study of the relationship between man and nature, as well as the exploration of one's own unconscious. »
