About this artwork
When mooring in Gravenors Bay, on the island of Barbuda, one immediately gets the impression of being in front of an unusual panorama. Beyond the immaculate Caribbean sand, the gaze is captured by Spanish Point, the promontory in front of which the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean meet, and this is visible in the color of the sea that seems to be divided in half, as formed by two currents different that meet and then merge. The charm is such… as to push the visitor to leave the white beach and walk in the middle of the mangroves along the jagged coast, in order to get closer to that point that exercises a mystical attraction, to be able to admire the show up close.
« It is important to work with love and constancy, inspiration can come in the most unexpected moments. »
Barbara Pastorino is an artist based in Italy whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in South Africa and the United States.

Creates using acrylics, pigments and enamels on canvas.
He has exhibited in many group exhibitions and in several personal exhibitions. His works are collected in Italy, Europe, Canada and the United States.
