About this artwork
This work is currently not available for purchase!
I've put it back for Rome Art Week 2026 in Italy!
This will take place from October 17th to 25th, 2026.
My work is exhibited at Palazzo Velli Expo. Address: Via Monteleone di Fermo 15 - 00156 Rome (RM), Italy
In this piece, I have captured the raw energy of the material and created a tangible depth using marble dust. The abstract forms speak of tension and new beginnings, pulsating between dark… and light. It is intended to fill spaces with a powerful yet mysterious atmosphere and inspire the viewer to their own thoughts and emotions. This artwork brings lasting intensity to any home.
After a 4-year study at the Free Academy of Painting in Düsseldorf, I started working as a freelance artist. Through the inner images I collect on my travels, I create my works with the choice of color and the interplay of light and shadow. My approach involves layering multiple layers on the canvas. I prefer to create my works using different rock flours and self-made paints. With my abstract style, I remove landscapes and structures from their context. I place a particular emphasis on the bird's-eye view. My paintings open up to further forms of artistic expression through the use of materials such as fabric, earth, and coffee. Layers of cardboard and paper of varying quality and texture flow into my work. My works visualize growth, decay, and change.
