About this artwork
This painting was made with various painting techniques on the canvas with large black and white spots and some bright colors to bring me closer to African landscapes. I use the collage technique to insert the figures of children dancing and enjoying themselves. First, I have drawn the little ones on tissue paper and then glued them to the canvas to give them a different quality from the rest of the painting. Some pencil strokes have been left visible…
and appear through the painting and in this way accentuate the carefree and informal attitude of the group. The lack of clear profiles of their clothes and bodies give the whole the sensation of movement. The rest of the painting is painted in abstraction with bright colors on large black areas that accentuate the joyful atmosphere of the children.

Born in Argentina, I spent my childhood and young adulthood in Patagonia, surrounded by the incredible beauty and grandeur of its nature, a place I've long enjoyed and which has served as my primary source of inspiration. Self-taught, I have continued to educate myself over time in various courses and workshops.
I am an artist who works with both oil and acrylic, returning to my passion after a long hiatus. Her artistic approach combines figurative and abstract art, capturing inner landscapes through both styles. Her work exudes a vibrant joie de vivre, perceived through her bold use of color, reflecting a vitality that remains present despite the challenges.
Since 2022, I have been a member of the French Artistic Community BALTHASART, which will merge with SINGULART in June 2024.
