Born in 1984 in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam. Lives and works in Hanoi.
Originally from Thanh Hoa province, located 150 km south of Hanoi, Hoang… Anh belongs to that pivotal generation of Vietnamese artists (the "8x" generation) who combine cultural heritage with contemporary abstraction. A graduate of the Vietnam University of Fine Arts, he has made his mark on the Hanoi art scene with a bold approach to materials and color.
