About this artwork
In this work, I explored the intangible ardor of human emotions through the expressive gestures of acrylic and oil paint. The vibrancy of reds and oranges merge with touches of yellows and blues, capturing the effervescence and complexity of tumultuous feelings. My intention was to create a visual dialogue about passion and inner chaos. This painting is a tribute to the resilience of the spirit, a reflection of the inner fires that drive us.
Erwin Steinbach (1964) uses painting, acrylic and oil, drawing and textiles, drawing on a rich career that encompasses these three mediums. He explores a variety of techniques, combining free pictorial gesture with the elegance of line and the complexity of textile textures, thus developing a profoundly eclectic style. His works convey an emotion that is both intimate and universal, inviting contemplation, self-searching and empathy. French artist whose works have been presented in several private or public, personal and collective exhibitions on a national and international scale.
