About this artwork
This work was created in several sections from 2020 to 2021.
It is dedicated to Frida Kahlo.
In the background I used embroidered fabrics, photos and patterned paper, which were then painted over with acrylic paints and integrated.
While working on this work, I dealt with Frida's strength, which she really needed in her life... In the course of its creation, the work grew more and more into an adoring representation. I let it happen. And here… she is: Frida, the goddess! Here she is powerful, protected, clear and defensive.
Please also note the detailed pictures
The sides of the stretcher frame are also painted and there is a professionally countersunk eyelet on the back so that the work can be hung up immediately.
A matt varnish protects the work from the effects of light
The work is signed on the front and back and you will receive a signed certificate of authenticity.
