About this artwork
In this work, I mixed acrylic, graffiti, oil pastel, and spray paint to capture a childish dream suspended in time. This pop-art painting with vintage tones depicts a young boy sitting on a suitcase, holding tightly to his teddy bear, surrounded by vibrant butterflies. These elements evoke innocence and aspirations, while the urban patina recalls the grungy reality that surrounds his dreams.
