"In this piece, I wanted to capture the essence of calm and the mystery that lies hidden beyond the visible." You can feel the hush on your skin like the breath of a sleeping lake. Beneath the thinnest veil of gold, the earth exhales peat and frost, slow as a glacier sighing. The water is so still it has turned to glass, yet you hear it: a low, almost sub-audible hum, the sound of color refusing to separate. Trees, no more than whispers, stand ankle-deep…
