In the state of thoughtless awareness we are totally in the present moment, without wasting precious moments of life thinking about the time now past or yet to come. We begin to enjoy our self, our spirit, our… inner beauty and the beauty of creation. We begin to enjoy existence. We are able to enjoy the song of birds and the scent of flowers on a much deeper level because we are no longer bombarded by the useless chatter that assaults our awareness and contaminates the attention, distracting us from the simple joys of existence.
