About this artwork
In this work, I explored the complexity of human emotions through a semi-abstract and symbolic style. Using acrylic and pencil, I fused bold shapes and vibrant colors to represent the interconnectedness and duality of romantic feelings. This painting is a visual dialogue about love, its questions and its enigmatic beauty, inviting a personal reflection on the bonds we weave. Each element, each color pulses with life, bringing a dynamic energy to… any living space.
Yes! I sold my first gouache in an art gallery at the age of fifteen, and that's when I wanted to be an artist! Today, my paintings are marked by obvious influences linked by my history, my environment, my emotions, by my interventions with young audiences, or even by a post-impressionist and surrealist period that I particularly like. I like playing hide and seek with shapes, materials and colors. With a free hand, I have fun creating numerous improvised scenographies with a somewhat naive, childish and poetic appearance. I use different techniques and media, mixing figurative and abstract styles that I like to call “figurabstract”. I also work with painting as a sculptural material, which today leads me to create more monumental works, Street Art and sculpture. “Encouraging free expression and art for all means opening up to worlds…”
