About this artwork
In this diptych, I wanted to express depth and movement. Between the upper section, predominantly white, and the lower section, predominantly black, the same ultramarine blue doesn't have the same intensity because the optical effect differs. Between the two elements of the diptych lies a horizontal space that can be expanded or reduced in height depending on the desired effect. express variations and turbulence in a fluctuating space. The acrylic becomes a sculpted material in bas-relief, creating a vibrant contrast between the blue, black, and white in a highly graphic way, and giving a visual movement that echoes your emotions.
