About this artwork
In this work I sought to capture the vibrant and energetic essence of color. Using acrylic, pigments and marble powder, I created textures and depths that invite contemplation. Abstract geometric shapes, bathed in fiery reds and burnt oranges, evoke intense passion. This painting energizes the space, bringing warmth and energy that transforms any domestic atmosphere.
Laurence Hubswerlin Diradourian grew up in a family with an affinity for art. From a very young age, her artistic education, between opera and museums, would forever shape her taste for art.
In 2005, she left the private sector for an easel. Wonderful encounters with artists, exchanges of experience, and participation in contemporary art fairs have given her her unique style.
Her work is rooted in an abstract and graphic approach, using mixed media to express an intuitive and spontaneous style of painting. Capturing on canvas the fragility and spontaneity of the moment through movement, timelessness, and the beauty of the unexpected, which she translates through rich textures and varied materials, she plays with light, space, and the intensity of colors to create works that are both vibrant and profound.
A new way of seeing and understanding painting, an invitation to contemplation and harmony.
