In creating this piece, I sought to capture the raw, tumultuous essence of the river juxtaposed with the serene resilience of the boat. Utilizing broad, impulsive strokes, I layered oils to reflect the vibrant, fleeting lights on the water, evoking a scene of both challenge and courage. This artwork symbolizes perseverance amidst life's chaotic waves and is meant to energize and inspire reflection in any space it inhabits.
